Christopher's graduation

Fundación Amor por RD celebrated a major milestone with the graduation of its first scholarship recipient in the Dominican Republic. Christopher Alexander Guerrero earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from UTESA, graduating Magna Cum Laude for his outstanding academic achievement.

After a shoulder injury ended his dream of pursuing professional baseball, Christopher redirected his future toward higher education. With the support of Fundación Amor por RD’s Scholarship Program and international sponsors, he successfully completed his university studies and launched his professional career.

Christopher’s success reflects the transformative impact of education, mentorship, and financial support in helping talented young people overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
